Kill yourCRM.
Not the data. The busywork.
Your CRM stays the system of record. We connect AI workflows that read from it, do the work, and write the results back — merging, enriching, reporting, outreach, and sourcing — at a scale your team can't reach by hand.
- Merge 1,340 duplicate contacts by hand
- Look up 600 missing phone numbers
- Rebuild the pipeline report every Monday
- Write 250 follow-up emails, one at a time
- Copy new leads from the web into the CRM
Your CRM still holds the data. It just stops holding you.
You bought a CRM to run the business. Now you run the CRM.
Every record needs updating. Every report needs rebuilding. Every campaign needs a spreadsheet exported, cleaned, and re-imported. The software that was supposed to give you leverage turned into a second job for your best people.
Switching platforms won't fix it. The data migration alone costs months, and the new tool has the same blank fields waiting for someone to type in them. The fix is to stop typing.
How it works
We don't replace your CRM. We put a layer of AI agents around it that does the tedious work and hands the clean result back.
-
Your CRM stays the source of truth
Salesforce, HubSpot, whatever you're on. Nothing moves. Your team keeps the tool they know, and the records stay where your reporting, billing, and history already live.
-
We connect agents that read and write
Through the API, scraping, and direct data insertion, workflows pull what they need from the CRM and from the open web, make decisions with review rules you set, and write back.
-
Weeks of work run overnight
Duplicates merged, gaps filled, reports delivered, outreach sent, new leads queued — before your team logs in. You get a log of every change and a way to undo it.
What we automate
These are the five jobs we build most often. Each one is scoped as a fixed project, runs on your CRM, and is yours to keep when we're done.
-
Duplicate cleanup
Find records that are the same person or company under different spellings, emails, or domains. Merge them, keep the richest version, and preserve every note, deal, and activity.
A 40-person staffing firm went from 22,000 contacts to 14,600 real ones in a weekend.Zero lost activity history.
-
Automated reporting
Pull the numbers out of the CRM and the tools around it, build the reports leadership actually reads, and deliver them on a schedule — with the "why" written in plain English.
Monday pipeline review arrives at 6 a.m. as a two-page brief.Replaced four hours of ops time every week.
-
Outreach at scale
Emails, texts, and other channels written per contact from what's in their record and what's public about them. Sent from your accounts, logged back to the CRM, replies routed to a human.
Re-engaged 3,100 dormant leads with individually written messages in a week.11% reply rate, every reply in the rep's inbox.
-
Enrichment and verification
Fill missing phone numbers, titles, company size, and addresses. Verify what's already there against public sources, and flag what's stale instead of silently trusting it.
Filled 64% of blank direct-dial fields across a 9,000-record database. Each fill tagged with its source and date.
-
Lead sourcing
Scrape new prospects from directories, job boards, permit filings, and the sites your buyers actually live on. Check them against the CRM so nothing is added twice, then queue them for sales development.
380 net-new qualified accounts per month, sorted and assigned to reps.Reps start the day with a list, not a search.
More of what we take off your plate
Same approach, different chores. If your team does something repetitive that starts or ends in the CRM, it probably belongs on this list.
-
Inbound lead triage
Every web form, chat, and voicemail gets classified, enriched, scored, and routed to the right rep in minutes, not the next morning.
-
Pre-call research briefs
A one-page dossier on the company and the person, pulled from the record and the open web, attached to the CRM before the rep dials.
-
Deal-risk flags
Read the notes, email threads, and activity gaps across the pipeline and flag the deals that are quietly dying before the forecast call.
-
Post-meeting follow-up
Recap email drafted, next-step tasks created, and the record updated from the call notes or transcript, ready for the rep to send.
-
Trigger-based outreach
Reach out when a prospect posts a job, raises a round, opens a location, or hires a new executive, with a message that mentions it.
-
Activity backfill
Find the emails and meetings that never got logged and attach them to the right contacts and deals, so history is complete.
-
Stale-record detection
Catch contacts who changed jobs, companies that closed or were acquired, and addresses that bounce, then fix or flag them.
-
Sync with the tools around the CRM
Keep customer, invoice, and support data consistent between the CRM and QuickBooks, Stripe, or your help desk without a fragile chain of zaps.

How an engagement goes
It starts with a 30-minute audit. You show us where your team is stuck. We tell you which of it can be automated, what it would cost, and — just as important — what we wouldn't touch.
Then a fixed-scope build. Most first projects take two to four weeks. You see the work running on a sample of your data before it touches all of it.
Then it's yours. We document everything, train whoever needs to know, and hand over the keys. Ongoing support is available, never required.
Will this break my CRM?
No. Everything runs through the same API your CRM exposes to any integration, every write is logged, and bulk changes run against a sample first. If something looks wrong you can roll it back.
Who owns what you build?
You do. The workflows, prompts, code, and documentation are delivered to your accounts. You can run them without us.
Is scraping and automated outreach legal?
We only collect information that is publicly available and business-related, honor opt-outs, and configure outreach to comply with CAN-SPAM, TCPA, and the rules of the channels you use. We'll tell you plainly if something you want isn't something we'll do.
What does it cost?
Projects are quoted as a fixed price after the audit, usually in the range a business would pay one operations hire for a few months. The audit itself is free.
How much of my team's time does it take?
A few hours across the whole project: one person who knows the CRM well for the audit and for reviewing the sample run. That's it.
Book the audit
Thirty minutes. Bring the task that's eating your team's week. We'll tell you whether it can be automated, and what it would take.
